Pregnancy-Related Back and Pelvic Discomfort
Back and pelvic discomfort is common during pregnancy as body weight shifts forward, ligaments soften, and the pelvis carries load differently. Care during pregnancy focuses on comfort, movement, and support, using gentle techniques and positioning adapted to each trimester.

How does chiropractic care fit in?
Pregnancy care uses gentler techniques, supportive positioning such as pregnancy pillows or adjustable tables, and exercises chosen for the trimester.
The goal is comfort and function — walking, sleeping, and daily activity — not correcting anything about the pregnancy itself.
Chiropractic care during pregnancy works alongside your OB or midwife, and anything outside musculoskeletal scope is referred back to them.
